Craftproducers Vermont festivals are held in large, camelot style tents - truly a beautiful sight with the Green Mountains in the background. The exact tent sizes and layouts depend on the final number of exhibitors at each show so we are not able to offer any particular reserved placements.

What we do offer is a choice of specifying if you would like to be on the edge or towards the center of a tent (there is a $50 charge to guarantee either of these). Generally exhibitors with larger, heavy items are those who choose the edge of the tent placement - they are then often able load directly from their vehicle into their booth space and vice versa. Exhibitors selling photography, paper goods, or any other more delicate item may choose to be away from the tent sides for additional protection against the elements.

It is important to note that while Craftproducers uses only the best, the tents are tents after all - there may be some leaks and condensation may form on the inside. Many exhibitors choose to protect their work further by using their own tent as their booth space.
