The 24th Annual Flemington
Spring Crafts Festival
May 16 and 17, 2009

Hunterdon County Fairgrounds, Flemington, NJ We will reinvigorate this formerly successful United Craft Enterprises show and make it profitable for you once again. The show grounds have many recent improvements to deal with drainage issues. The structures have roofs and partial walls covered with translucent plastic. The area is wealthy and the population is hungry for a good Art and Craft marketplace. We have a mailing list of 23,000 who will be delighted to see a new and improved show under “New Management.” Historically, this has been a strong market: don’t let it die. We are steadfastly confident that this will be a great show once again. To gain your support, we are pricing booths at $350 for indoor and outdoor. Add $50 for 400 watts electricity. The buildings are well lit and many exhibitors choose not to purchase electricity.

Jury Goal: A well rounded mix of 150 exhibitors.

10X10 $350, 15X10 $500, 20X10 $650, Outdoor $350, Corners $100 premium, 400 watts of electricity $50 extra, Specialty Food $350

The 28th Annual Adirondack Arts and Crafts Fair
May 30 & 31, 2009...NEW DATES!
Washington County Fairgrounds, Greenwich, NY
13 miles east of Saratoga Springs on Rte. 29

We are moving the show to the springtime when Artists need a profitable show. Once again, it will be held the weekend following the New Paltz Crafts Festival and will allow exhibitors two good shows back to back. The Fairgrounds are huge and we will be able to capitalize on them when the weather is nice. October has been too cool. We hope to create a sculpture garden with a local landscaper. We will offer more live entertainment and a larger outdoor food court. And, best of all, this date will not follow our Hildene Fall Festival by two weeks: it will give both shows more breathing room.

Jury Goal: To create a mix of 160 exhibitors featuring Art and contemporary as well as folk Craft.

10X10 $450, 10X10 with 7” height $400, 12X12 $485, 15X10 $575, 20X10 $650, Covered Shed w/ power $400, Outdoor $400, Very limited Corners $125 premium, Specialty Food $375

The 5th Annual New Taste of Stowe Arts Festival
July 24, 25, & 26, 2009
Topnotch Field, Stowe VT

In 2008 Stowe area resorts and restaurants joined us and our event partner, the Helen Day Art Center, to create a classy culinary component to this festival. Next year, these leading resorts in Stowe will sell rooms based on the event and bill the weekend as STOWE CELEBRATES SUMMER. While we have been growing this festival nicely, look for it to become a smash hit as we reap the rewards of the last years’ efforts.

Jury Goal: Continuation of integrating large contingent of Art with mix of Craftwork for 160 exhibitors.

10X10 $475, 15X10 $650, 20X10 $775, Outdoor $460, Corners $100 premium, Specialty Food $375

The 31st Annual Southern Vermont Art and Craft Festival
July 31, August 1 & 2, 2009
Hildene’s Meadow, Manchester, VT

This long established summer show will incorporate several new elements in 2009. We will increase Craft demonstrations and offer lessons to the public. Following our success in Stowe, we will encourage more local restaurants to create a Taste of Manchester culinary court. We will continue to lobby the town to add other cultural events during this weekend.

Jury Goal: The traditional blend of Art and contemporary Craftwork for 175 exhibitors.

The 27th Annual Stowe Foliage Arts Festival
October 9, 10, & 11, 2009

The beauty of the foliage is paralleled by the magnificence of this show. Stowe is the epitome of Vermont “class,” and we benefit from the influx of Canadians celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving and those Americans enjoying the holiday on Columbus Day Weekend.

10X10 $595, 15X10 $825, 20X10 $975, Outdoor $525, Corners $100 Premium, Specialty Food $400
